Emptying of domestic and commercial septic tanks, interceptors, cess pools and grease traps will usually take place within two working days. There is no delivery charge as no actual product is being delivered. Transport charges for disposal of waste are included in the price.

Shipping of goods purchased from our website is via Royal Mail or Parcelforce 48. Shipping cost is dependent on size/weight, which is calculated during the checkout process. Sizes limitations put in place by Royal Mail may mean that we have to despatch bulky items by our Parcelforce courier. If this is the case you will only be able to select this method during checkout.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for certain very large items, which will be sent by lorry. FREE SHIPPING is offered on the following categories of equipment:

The choice of Royal Mail deliveries varies from standard parcel post to special delivery where the item is guaranteed to arrive on a certain day, and the parcel is covered by insurance should it disappear en route. Items sent by courier can be tracked by the courier registration system, and it should be possible to obtain an exact delivery date.

Order Status

There are three stages to the processing of your order. You will be informed via email of the progress of your order as follows:

Pending: We have received your order safely.

Processing: Payment has been confirmed and your order is being prepared for despatch.

Shipped: Your order has been despatched from our depot via your chosen delivery method. Please allow three working days from receipt of this notification before contacting us regarding non-delivery.
